How to raise a complaint with ANAX Capital and escalate it to the regulator if needed.
Step 1 — Talk to support
Many issues are resolved on first contact. Call 800 MYANAX or email support@anaxcapital.ae with the relevant trade ID and a description of the issue.
Step 2 — Formal complaint
If the response from support does not resolve the issue, write a formal complaint to support@anaxcapital.ae with full details and supporting evidence.
Acknowledgement: within 1 business day. Target resolution: within 10 business days. Complex cases may take longer; you will be kept informed.
Step 3 — Escalate to the regulator
If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA) via their published complaints process.
