1. Who we are.

ANAX Capital Financial Markets LLC is a UAE-incorporated company licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) under Category 1 licence number 20200000258. Office address: Office 301, Aspin Commercial Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.

2. Data we collect.

To meet our regulatory KYC obligations and to deliver trading services, we collect identity information (name, date of birth, nationality, identity-document number), contact information (phone, email, address), financial information (source of funds, trading experience, employment), and operational information (IP address, device, audit logs).

3. How we use it.

Your data is used to provide trading services, satisfy UAE law and SCA regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and to communicate operationally relevant information. We do not sell client data. Marketing communications are opt-in only and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Retention.

We retain identification records for the longer of (a) the period required by UAE financial regulation (currently five years from account closure) and (b) any active legal obligation.

5. Sharing.

We share data only with: regulated payment partners, our liquidity providers (transaction data only), regulators and tax authorities where legally compelled, and external auditors. We never share data with marketers outside ANAX without explicit consent.

6. Your rights.

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict and, where lawful, request deletion of your personal data. Requests should be sent to Support@anaxcapital.ae.

7. Security.

Data is stored on encrypted systems with strict access controls. Personnel access is on a need-to-know basis and logged.

8. Changes.

We update this policy periodically. Material changes are notified to active clients via email and on this page.
