Restricted jurisdictions.
ANAX Capital does not provide services to residents of certain jurisdictions where doing so would breach local law or our regulatory obligations.
The list of restricted jurisdictions includes, without limitation:
- The United States of America and its territories.
- Any country listed on the United Nations consolidated sanctions list.
- Jurisdictions subject to OFAC sanctions or restrictions.
- Specific regions where local financial regulation prohibits cross-border CFD services.
