ANAX Capital Financial Markets L.L.C. is a UAE-based brokerage firm regulated by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). The firm provides access to global financial markets including Forex, Gold, Equities, CFDs, Commodities, and other instruments.

The ANAX Capital 1 KG Gold Campaign is a promotional campaign open to eligible UAE residents. Participants who open a new live trading account with ANAX Capital and make a qualifying deposit of AED 5,000 during the campaign period will be entered in a random draw for a chance to win 1 Kilogram of Gold.

Deposit AED 5,000 into a new ANAX Capital live trading account and get a chance to win 1 Kilogram of Gold.

To participate in the ANAX Capital 1 KG Gold Campaign, an entrant must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• The entrant must be a resident of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• The entrant must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• The entrant must be a new customer of ANAX Capital with no prior accounts, registrations, or trading history with the firm.
• The entrant must successfully complete all required KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification and compliance checks.
• Employees of ANAX Capital Financial Markets L.L.C., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry into the campaign is automatic once all of the following conditions are met during the campaign period:

1. Open a new live trading account on the ANAX Capital platform within the published campaign period.
2. Complete the full KYC (identity verification) process and clear all compliance checks.
3. Fund the new trading account with a minimum of AED 5,000 in a single transaction.

Once all of the above are completed within the campaign period, the participant is automatically entered in the random draw. No further action or registration is required.

• The winner will be selected through a random draw from the pool of all eligible entries received during the campaign period.
• The draw will be conducted by an independent third party in coordination with the Department of Economic Development (DED) / Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under the approved promotional campaign permit.
• The selection process is designed to be fair, transparent, and fully auditable.
• The winner will be announced following the close of the campaign period — exact date confirmed in official communication.
• The winner will be contacted directly by ANAX Capital using the contact details provided during account registration.
• If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, ANAX Capital reserves the right to select an alternate winner through the same process.
• ANAX Capital's decision on the selection of the winner is final and binding.

• The campaign is open to UAE residents aged 18 years and above only.
• Only new ANAX Capital customers are eligible. Existing customers, prior account holders, and previously registered users are not eligible.
• Participants must open a live trading account and complete KYC during the campaign period.
• A minimum deposit of AED 5,000 must be made in a single transaction. The deposit is for account activation and is fully usable by the customer for trading purposes.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of accounts opened or the total amount deposited.
• The Grand Prize is 1 KG of Gold. No cash equivalent or alternative is offered.
• The winner is selected through a random draw conducted independently and in line with the approved promotional permit.
• ANAX Capital reserves the right to amend, suspend, modify, or terminate the campaign at any time, without prior notice, where required by law, regulation, or operational necessity.
• ANAX Capital reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms, providing false information, or engaging in any fraudulent or manipulative behaviour.
• This campaign does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Trading in leveraged financial products carries significant risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital.
• By participating in this campaign, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the ANAX Capital client trading terms and conditions.

Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and the ANAX Capital Privacy Policy. Participant data will be used solely for the purposes of:

• Campaign administration and verification of eligibility.
• KYC, compliance, and anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
• Winner identification, communication, and prize delivery.
• Regulatory reporting and audit requirements where applicable.

By entering this campaign, the participant consents to the use of their name and likeness (where reasonably required) for the purposes of announcing the winner and complying with the DED/DET promotional campaign permit conditions.

• ANAX Capital shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• ANAX Capital is not responsible for any technical failures, network issues, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may prevent a participant from entering or being contacted as a winner.
• Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. CFDs and Forex are high-risk instruments and may not be suitable for all investors.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE. The campaign is conducted under the approved DED/DET promotional permit and is bound by the conditions of that permit.
