Conflict of interest policy.
How we identify, manage and disclose potential conflicts.
ANAX Capital maintains a documented Conflicts of Interest policy covering relationships between the firm, its employees, its clients and its suppliers. The policy is reviewed annually and approved by the Board.
Identification
We assess every product, partner and revenue stream for potential conflicts at design time, again before launch, and on an ongoing basis.
Management
Identified conflicts are managed through separation of duties, information barriers, remuneration policies that do not incentivise client harm, and — where residual conflict remains — clear disclosure to clients.
Disclosure
Where a conflict cannot be eliminated, we disclose it in writing so the client can make an informed decision.
